Privacy Policy.

This policy explains how InovativAI Ltd. (“InovativAI”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, https://inovativai.com. We are an Alberta, Canada company and we follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Where visitors are in the EU/UK or California, we aim to meet GDPR and CCPA expectations as well.

This policy covers the website only. How the Nexora product handles passenger data aboard an aircraft is governed by the agreement we sign with each airline and by that airline’s own privacy policy.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form. When you submit the form on Contact Us we receive your first and last name, email address, the subject you choose and your message. We use this only to respond to you. It is delivered to our company mailbox (Google Workspace) and kept for as long as the conversation is active plus a reasonable retention period for business records.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud Run) and network provider (Cloudflare) record standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — for security and to keep the site running. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify individual visitors.

Analytics (only with your consent). If you choose “Accept All” in the cookie banner we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, which set cookies and collect pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referring site) so we can understand how the site is used. IP addresses are anonymised. If you choose “Only Necessary”, nothing from Google is loaded.

We do not sell personal information, run advertising on this site, or use your data for automated decision-making.

3. Cookies and local storage

Strictly necessary: one browser-storage entry (inovativai-cookie-consent) remembers your cookie choice. It contains no personal data.

Analytics (optional): Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and Google Tag Manager, set only after you accept. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit.

Google’s own handling of analytics data is described in its privacy policy.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Google (Workspace email, Cloud Run hosting, Analytics/Tag Manager where consented)
  • Cloudflare (DNS, network security and caching)

These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States. We rely on their contractual commitments and industry certifications to protect it. We will also disclose information where the law requires us to.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Contact form submissions are validated, rate-limited and sent over an encrypted SMTP connection. Access to our mailbox and hosting accounts is restricted to authorised staff with multi-factor authentication.

7. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for 30 days.
