2. Intellectual Property

Nexora, the Neural Core architecture, and all associated AI models are the proprietary property of InovativAI Enterprise. Unauthorized reverse engineering or replication of our edge-native logic is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Levels

We strive for 99.99% operational reliability across our global edge fabric. However, service availability may be influenced by aircraft hardware constraints and satellite link stability during ground-sync operations.

4. Liability Limitation

InovativAI provides intelligence and personalization layers. Strategic flight decisions remain the sole responsibility of the airframe operators and certified flight crews.
